Except that of course it blows my mind again that you got *that* macro, how did you manage to be on level with a spider that presses itself against a hard surface. I mean, your lens can not be so flat/ small that you end up on eye-level with a 1cm high spider O_o. Please give me a hint .

So it's easier to get on the same level and eye contact with bigger subject. I just rest my lens and camera flat to the tree trunk and shoot I just hope it don't jump on me as i was pretty close to it
